I am a designer based in Edinburgh, passionate about design. I enjoy walking and taking pictures in the city. I love to read, travel, and sketch old buildings. Whether I am crafting prototypes on my laptop, behind the camera, or illustrating on paper, I always try to bring quality and creativity to my projects.
Argentina
I spent the first three decades of my life in Argentina, my homeland, before embarking on a journey that would change my life—moving to Europe. My roots trace back to Rosario, a city nestled along the banks of a wide, beautiful river.
Europe
In 2010, I moved to Europe, starting with a scholarship at the University of Zagreb in Croatia. After spending time in Spain, Ireland, and England, I settled in Edinburgh in 2019. Here, I reignited my passion for design and pursued a career in graphic design at Edinburgh College. A pivotal interview revealed that my skills aligned with UX/UI design, a field I knew little about but was eager to explore. It marked the start of an exciting new chapter full of possibilities.
Edinburgh College
The following year, I completed my first step into the world of UX design by finishing an NC program in User Experience Design. This program gave me a solid foundation in the basics of UX design, and I was fortunate to be guided by incredible lecturers along the way. They helped me explore different creative areas, including video and audio editing, animation, and more. Their mentorship was instrumental in shaping my early experiences in these fields and set me on the right path for my future in design.
HND - UX Design
After my first introduction to UX design, I wanted to dive deeper and gain a more complete understanding of the field. That’s why I enrolled in an HND program in User Experience Design—a two-year intensive course that gave me an in-depth look at UX design principles.
During the program, I worked on various projects that allowed me to solve real-world problems and collaborate with real clients. I also became proficient in key tools like Figma and prototyping software, skills that have been incredibly valuable as I continue to grow in the world of UX design.
KINGSTON UNIVERSITY
BA HONS VISUAL COMMUNICATION
This part of my academic journey gave me the chance to earn a degree in a field I love while facing exciting challenges. I worked with talented design teams on real-world projects for agencies like Emperor, including work for clients like Maggie’s Charity and Innis & Gunn. One highlight was leading the design for the Edinburgh Creative Awards in 2022.
This course was the most challenging and rewarding phase of my education, giving me hands-on experience that sharpened my skills and deepened my understanding of the design industry. I also learned to meet client needs and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Design
My passion for design started in high school in Argentina, where I choose to specialize in Advertising Drawing during my last two years of high school. I learned manual typography, hand-drawn illustrations, and creative collage techniques for designing ads. By the time I graduated, I was hooked on design, just as Graphic Design was going through a digital transformation.
I enrolled in a two-year Graphic Design course, where I worked with early versions of Corel Draw and Photoshop. Although my career started in marketing, my love for design never faded.
